An interior design practice built on restraint, craft and the long view.
HOUSE n CO designs and executes residences, workplaces and hospitality interiors across India and abroad. Every commission is led personally by Vaibhav Avasthi, from the first conversation to the final styled photograph — drawn in detail, built by hand, and made to outlast the season it was designed in.

04 — Principal Designer
Vaibhav Avasthi
Vaibhav founded HOUSE n CO to close the gap between the drawing and the built room. Trained in interior architecture and shaped by years on site, he designs spatially first — proportion, light and circulation — then layers material, texture and commissioned pieces until a space feels inevitable rather than decorated.
He works with a small number of clients each year so that every project keeps his attention from brief to handover.
